Our services at Ilford Engineering include:

Machining

We use state-of-the-art CAM systems to achieve the best results, such as in 5-axis machining from 3D CAD models. We also use DMG eVolution machines for high accuracy and tolerance.

Turning

Our DMU CTX 310 ISM CNC Universal lathe has the capacity to perform complicated operations as well as standard turned parts. This can be used in conjunction with other CNC and manual centre lathes.

Fabrication

Our specialist division, Fabrical, works closely with many specialist car manufacturers to fabricate parts for the VX220 Sports Car and many other sports cars. We also fabricate, bespoke items for the building and banking industry. These clients may be large international coporations or SME local companies.

Programming

Our CNC programming equipment, which uses HyperCad and HyperMill systems, enables us to manufacture from conventional engineering drawings and 3D models.
