The operations we carry out include guillotining, notching, bending, welding, pressing, rolling, sawing, punching, drilling riveting, and soldering.
We can weld aluminium, mild steel and stainless steel
our press brakes are computer controlled and have a capacity of 3048mm
We do not carry out site fixing ourselves but we can supply bolts, nuts, screws, rivets, washers, etc in compatible materials for fixing all our components.
All our profiles are purpose-made. However there are certain designs
which are needed frequently in any building situation, as illustrated.
These common shapes can be ordered from us simply by specifying the reference and principal dimension,
plus the material finish, length and quantities required.
It should be emphasized that these are illustrated for simplicity of ordering common items only;
any other designs not shown here can be fabricated on receipt of a dimensioned sketch drawing.
